1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options across South Africa.
Orders are processed within 10-15 business days, depending on the order. Delivery times vary based on location:
7-10 business days
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If an item is out of stock or requires custom manufacturing, we will notify you of any delays.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Warranty on all items covers factory defects.
Chairs: Gas mechanism is not covered by warranty.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or are missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
